How long will it take for my jewelry to arrive?
Your Ulippa jewelry will typically be shipped within 3–5 business days. Standard shipping generally delivers within 7–16 business days, while express shipping takes 5–8 business days.
Made-to-order items, such as bespoke designs or birthstone inserts, may take longer to dispatch. However, simple designs like initials, charms, or birthstones are generally not considered made-to-order and follow the normal dispatch timeframe.
Rest assured, we always strive to minimize any delays and appreciate your patience.
Are there additional costs for international shipping?
Ulippa offers standard shipping worldwide, so you can enjoy our jewelry no matter where you live. Customers in all countries can unlock free shipping by reaching the order threshold — €55 EUR or the local equivalent (displayed in your cart).
Shipping is seamless and affordable, with no extra steps no matter where you’re ordering from.
What is Priority Processing?
We offer Priority Processing on all orders for an additional €4.90. This upgrade moves your order to the front of the queue — we process and ship your items first, so you receive your jewellery sooner.
If you want the fastest turnaround, we highly recommend adding Priority Processing at checkout.
How does my order help animals in need?
By purchasing with Ulippa, you help contribute to animal welfare around the world, allowing us the amazing opportunity to donate a portion of our profits to animal sanctuaries and rehabilitation centers each month. As Ulippa grows, our impact on animal welfare grows, providing care and aid to a variety of animals in need.
How can I remove items from my cart?
To remove an item, simply click the bin icon or remove text at the top right of the product you want to delete.
Please note that free gifts included in your cart cannot be removed — they’re unlocked when your cart reaches a certain amount. But don’t worry — they’re completely free! The same applies to the eBook, which is also a free bonus for our valued customers.
What can I do if I’m having trouble placing an order?
If you're having difficulties placing an order, we can make it easy by sending you an invoice directly. Simply contact us at support@ulippa.com and provide the following details:
- Currency: e.g., EUR
- Product Title and Variants: List the products, quantity, and specific options for each item
- Shipping Protection: Whether or not you want to include it. Over 70% of our customers add it, and for how affordable it is, it’s a no-brainer — it protects your order against damage, theft, or loss.

How can I use the Bundle app?
Some of our products offer exclusive discounts through the Bundle app, such as volume discounts (buy more, save more) and other special offers. To get started, select the quantity you’d like to buy — 1, 2, 3, 4, or more. For each item, choose your preferred options (like bracelet styles), then click Add to Cart. Your exclusive discount will be automatically applied.
Please note that the discounts are perpetual — for example, if you buy 6 items, the first 4 will have the "Buy 4" discount rate, and the remaining 2 will get the "Buy 2" discount rate.
What do I do if I don’t want the eBook?
The eBook is completely free, so if you’re not interested, you can simply ignore it. There’s no need to download it or worry about it — it won’t affect your order in any way.
